サンプルを実行すると、「Microsoft.Quantum.Simulator.Runtime.dll」が無いと落ちます。

Failed to instantiate QuantumSimulator

When I execute TeleportationSample in the GitHub example [1] with following the doc, I got the error in the below line.

```
var sim = new QuantumSimulator();
```

The dialog has opened and get below error message in the debug output.

Windows は x64 ですし、

CPU は AVX サポートしてるし、

VS 2017 に QDK も入れたし、

おかしいなーと調べる事 10 分ぐらい。

dll を探すと、win10 x64 用しか無いようです。

無理やりサンプルプロジェクトに追加しても、やっぱりダメですｗ

M$「Windows 10 買えよ！」

あるいは、

M$「Azure VM 使えよ！」

ということのようです。というわけで終了しました。

実行環境には「A 64-bit installation of Windows」と書いてありますが、

Windows 10 前提ですよねｗｗｗ

当然、Windows 7 なんてサポートしないですよねｗｗｗ

なら、「A 64-bit installation of Windows 10」て書いとけよ！

わざと Windows 7 x64 じゃ動かないようにしてんだろ？

MacOS と Linux をサポートしてる暇あったら、Windows 7 もサポートしろハゲ！

さすが天下の Micro$oft 様！

金儲けに抜け目がないですな！
